Last year at the ward Christmas Party Cassie Clifford brought a delicious little treat. Mojeskas, what in the world. But apperently these little puppies are a Kentucky tradition. So of course missing our ole Kentucky home this Christmas we decided to take on the task of making these time sucking treats,(of course it was all Danny's idea). So we made the first batch, did a pretty good job, but perfected them in the second batch. All in all it took only about 8 hrs. but you should have seen the look on peoples faces when they ate them. Nobody believed that Danny made them from scratch. "Homemade marshmellows?" people would ask. Ya believe it or not you can make them from scratch.
Danny was like OSHA control when it came to making them all the same size and shape. I almost quit as his grunt worker a couple of times. The quality control team did pay off in the end. Of course these tasty little snacks will ONLY be made one time per year, Christmas!!!
